Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the auto transport services provided by Affordable Auto Transport LLC.

1. Services

Affordable Auto Transport LLC. agrees to provide vehicle transport services including, but not limited to, open carrier transport, enclosed transport, and related logistics support, as detailed in your specific service agreement or quote.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure smooth service delivery, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate vehicle, contact, pickup, and delivery information.
• Be available for scheduling updates and required coordination during transport.
• Ensure that their business operations comply with all applicable laws.

3. Payments and Timelines

Payment terms are defined in individual invoices. Services may be suspended if payments are not received by the due date. While Affordable Auto Transport LLC. adheres to scheduling targets, specific pickup and delivery timing can vary due to weather, traffic, and third-party carrier conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client retains ownership of their vehicle and personal property rights. Affordable Auto Transport LLC. retains rights to its proprietary processes, systems, and pre-existing business materials.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services with a 30-day written notice, subject to the conditions outlined in the specific service agreement.
